What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Concierge position at Bellezza Salon Medspa?
Bellezza Salon Medspa has an immediate opening for a part time Spa Concierge to join our amazing team of professionals. This is a key position - as the first and last impression of our business. Essential functions include but are not limited to; greeting clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere, booking services, answering inquiries, consulting on products and services and assisting the Spa Director with business operations.
Applicant must have strong customer service, organization, and communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be technically savvy and be able to work with spa management and marketing systems, and social media platforms.
Our spa management software is MEEVO and experience with that or similar software would be a plus. Experience in retail sales, salon, spa or medical spa operations is preferred. We are open 7 days.
