POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Process Improvement and BI Reporting Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing our business intelligence (BI) reporting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in Power BI, coupled with exceptional analytical and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document current business processes.
- Utilize data-driven techniques to recommend improvements and track their implementation and success.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement projects to senior management.
BI Reporting
- Manage the BI reporting for the MfS program, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of business intelligence insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Stay current with BI industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our reporting capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the existing body of work, ensuring continuity and improvement.
- Expand the scope of dashboards and reporting to address additional business needs.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on BI tools and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement and BI reporting, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency in Power BI is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A competitive pay range of $100,000-$104,000 (depending on experience).
- Position Location: Remote, United States
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
- 8 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
