- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately while taking messages as needed.
- Assist in office management tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support dental or medical reception duties as required, ensuring patient information is handled confidentially and professionally.
- Proficiently use Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization.
