We are looking for a dynamic, eager, and organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team Project Management Office. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication, time management and critical thinking skills.
This position is based out of our St Louis Park, MN headquarters, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various teams to define project scope, objectives, and resource needs.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting agendas, status reports and meeting notes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
- Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and resource allocations.
- Support team members by resolving administrative and logistical challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Asana).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with banking operations, compliance requirements, or financial services industry.
- Experience working in small, dynamic teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation principles.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $86,700. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
