The right agent team member will:

Prospect for buyers and sellers daily.

Convert Prospects to clients

Track/record numbers daily

Follow all lead organization and follow up protocol

Be coachable

Work Daily on developing skills needed to offer all needed insight to buyer and seller clients

Negotiate for all buyer and seller clients

Provide HIGH LEVEL customer/client service

Follow up with clients on a regular basis (minimum once a week) from contract to close

Practice Scripts and Dialog on a regular basis

Have a winning & positive attitude

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms that align with their needs and goals.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as listing management and transaction coordination.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for communicating effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Salary : $50,000 - $150,000
