Summary: As our Community Coordinator you will be responsible to greet, and meet the needs of our tenants. For instance making sure the meeting rooms are ready, breakroom is tidy, coffee is made, mail is sorted and delivered but generally making people feel welcome and seen when they come to Business E Suites.
Responsibilities:
- Friendly & efficient customer service
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Call Prospects to Book tours and greet our guests
- Mail: sort and deliver
- CRM - follow up on leads and prepare for GM to close
- Assist in the preparation of meeting room rentals
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills:
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (email)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Experience in customer support or receptionist roles is a plus
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using MS Office Suite. Experience is preferred. The ability to proofread documents for accuracy is also important.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
