Quality Auditor/Document Control
Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to create technical documents in support of Manufacturing Operations and the QMS (Quality Management System). The position will have primary responsibility for creation of standardized work instructions (SWI), LINCS reports (KPI Reporting Dashboard) and other related shop-floor level documentation. The successful candidate will work with and communicate with Supervisors, Managers and Quality personnel in the drafting and creation of all QMS documentation, training records, deficiencies in work practices and/or products and other support documentation as required. The responsibilities of this position also include inspecting and auditing product, both in a finished and unfinished state, and recording and reporting audit findings. This position will be used to cover open Inspection, Auditor, Incoming Auditor, Q2I (Escalated Order Resolution), Color Checks and other positions as deemed necessary by the Quality Supervisor and/or Manager. This position requires the person to have exceptional organizational skills.
Requirements:
This position will require extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), Dock, Prod, MVQuery (Unidata ERP system), LINCS data entry and reports.
- Must also have a strong proficiency in technical writing.
- The ability to twist, crouch, stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and frequently lift 5lbs - 25lbs are also required.
- The ability to work flexible shifts in support of Operations and the willingness to participate in Continuous Improvement activities as needed (frequent) is also required.
