Job Summary
We are seeking a full time customer service representative. Job duties include customer service, collections, marketing, and general office duties. Our ideal entry-level candidate is an outgoing individual with a great attitude and exceptional work ethic who understands a sense of urgency will project a strong, positive, customer friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone and email.
- Prepare and process loan applications and renewals.
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts.
- Perform marketing strategies directed at both current and past customers as well as the general public and may include working community events, distributing flyers, visiting local businesses, and mailing letters.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- A valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation to use for work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Hours and Dress Code
- 40 work week
- Monday - Friday from 9:00-6:00, or until work is completed
- Saturday from 9:00-2:30, or until work is completed
- Closed on Sunday
- Business casual dress code, jeans are tennis shoes are approved
