We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Development Paralegal with strong expertise in renewable energy and financing transactions to perform project and asset due diligence; support business development transactions; and ensure reporting and compliance obligations are met.

You Are:
- A professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and financing transactions and possessing a strong work ethic who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, analytically-driven work environment
- Self-directed with the demonstrated ability to prioritize, juggle multiple assignments, function as part of a cohesive team, and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- An exceptional problem solver and collaborator

- An open-minded and articulate communicator who strives to build strong relationships with colleagues across multiple organizational functions
- Perform project and asset due diligence including review of title commitments, pro forma policies, surveys and underlying title documents, coordinate execution of closing deliverables for financing transactions
- Coordinating with project development, sales team, business development, financing parties, and outside counsel (if needed) in curing title related items or otherwise obtaining real estate documents required for development, title insurance, and project financing
- Organize and maintain project due diligence using internal and external document management systems
- Support business development transactions, including data room maintenance, coordinating title services and policy issuance
- Support document preparation with relation to title curatives and financing transactions, including drafting of lease amendments, easement amendments, encroachment agreements, waiver of surface rights agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, and estoppel certificates
- 5 years of experience in renewable energy transactions and financing transactions; prior experience in supporting closing sale leaseback financing and experience in reviewing title commitments and surveys and identifying curatives required
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or related field and/or Paralegal Certification highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive; or Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, and Drive
- Strong fact-finding, drafting, writing and research skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Exceptional time and project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-growth, results-driven environment
