- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months

- Provide employee customer service
- Perform human resources project work, including assistance with recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning assistance
- Assist in conducting new hire orientation
- Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates
- Maintain employee file accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality
- Document and improve processes
- Ability to meet the essential job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description
- Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- HRIS experience
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law
