Job Summary
Drives revenue on our assets through a deep understanding of clients’ needs and the local marketplace, coaching and guiding the Inside Sales Team, and successfully delivering company initiatives. Focuses on KPIs and key coaching initiatives to help the Inside Sales Team succeed and grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops sales team through recruiting, selecting, training and onboarding, exceptional sales talent.
- Coaches and develops the inside sales team, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manages, coaches, and develops the inside sales team and holds them accountable against KPIs.
- Creates engagement and recognition opportunities including contests, leader boards, etc.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
- Three (3) years of successful business-to-business sales experience required.
- Two (2) years of experience leading an Inside Sales Team preferred.
- Media sales experience and understanding of broadcast and internet/digital applications preferred.
- Experience managing remotely preferred.
Other Requirements
- Ability to be in the office at least 3 days per week as directed by management.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
