Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Home Equity Originator
Our Home Equity Originator will serve the home equity mortgage financing needs within Cobalt Credit Union’s field of membership. This position will focus on overall administration of the HELOC and 2nd mortgage processes, including application entry, document collection, scheduling and answering member questions. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking is required.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year of mortgage lending experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related loan experience required.
- Work with others in collaborative manner while attempting to achieve a common goal
- Ability to work with multiple personality types in "emotion-packed" circumstances
- **Spanish speaker preferred**
