Join our Indigenous Community Experience Squad as a senior manager at CommBank. Responsibilities include: Your responsibilities would include:
- Lead the design and delivery of talent attraction and retention programs for early career cohorts in Tech and Chief Operations Office and across other areas of the business.
- Proven program management, design, delivery and reporting skills. Ability to define and track metrics, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and meet deadlines."
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design and implement learning and development programs to support our Indigenous employees.
- Provide consulting support to enhance the development and growth of Indigenous employees."

What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Indigenous cultures, communities, and clear understanding of Indigenous affairs.
- Demonstrated experience in early career engagement and networks in Indigenous communities."
- Experience leading small teams and building cross-functional business relationships in Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Tech
- Comfortable with both delivering autonomously and collaborating with colleagues and partnering with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and priorities,
- Be an effective team member with strong engagement, financial management, risk acuity, and skill development.
- Understand your role and team’s risk profile. Apply non-financial risk management practices to identify and mitigate risks.
