Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials, and policy documents.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Assist in the preparation of new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide necessary information.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics as required.
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Skills and Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
