Job Description

I m looking for a flexible developer that can work closely with the business to produce quick ad-hocs, mock up potential enhancements and give the business fast answers when they have complex but important questions. Not sure if this is up your ally, but I wanted to send it your way.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Excellent written and spoken communication is a 100% must. This individual will need to be comfortable speaking directly with leadership members from the business in a minimally supervised fashion.
• Very strong SQL experience not necessarily with Teradata directly, this position wouldn t be doing traditional Charter ETL work very often.
• Good experience with various reporting presentation layers: SSRS / MSTR / Tableau / Excel / whatever the cool kids are using these days
• Not all of these, just a good idea of how to take data and present it flexibly to business users based on their short-term requirements
• I m kind of looking for a jack-of-all-trades here who can exhibit reasonable amounts of subject matter expertise in a wide variety of technologies. Communication and flexibility will be the key to success.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Some level of general-purpose programming experience is generally a good sign to me for positions like this. Definitely not needed.
