- Client facing and full end to end project, requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy.
- The ideal candidate should be client facing, SME in UKG Telestaff.
- Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
- Configure / develop / run reports in Telestaff as per business requirements.
- Expertise in Workforce Scheduling Technology.
- Developing and testing the configurations in dimensions.
- Knowledge of UKG Integrations.
Role 2: Workforce Dimensions Techno Functional Consultant

Job Description:-
- Completed UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification
- Minimum 8 years industry experience in working with Workforce Dimensions.
- Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
- Should interact and gather requirements from business.
- Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
- Possess in depth experience in Interface Development and making a list of interfaces which are feasible to be implemented into dimensions.
- Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM / Dimensions.
- Experience on creating reports using BIRT reporting tool.
- Must have experience in Dell Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views.
- Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables.
- Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication types and styles to audience
