Responsibilities:- Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the company.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all employee salary payments are accurate.
- Generate financial reports for management to review company's financial performance.
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- US work authorization
