Job Description

In this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the Operational team, responsible for reviewing, approving or denying Eligibility for the Adult and Dislocated Worker program. In this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and see each client through to completion. You will support management by gathering needed data and generating reports. In this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations and assembling all necessary informational materials or packets. In addition, you will assist with special projects including handling specific referral partners customers through eligibility and into training and complete quarterly follow up.

In this role you will:

  • Review eligibility documents for all incoming applicants and ensure documents are corrected.
  • Notify customers of eligibility or ineligibility for the program.
  • Determine if customer is to be forwarded to Youth program.
  • Creating all applications in the system for eligibility.
  • Utilizing and updated required spreadsheet and case management system for all eligibility and follow up files.
  • Ensure case notes are entered within 5 business days.
  • Communicate with customers within 48 hours of their eligibility status
  • Schedule customers for orientation and follow up when orientation missed
  • Complete ADW follow up for all follow up files each quarter
  • Manage special referrals customer and enrollment process
  • Other special projects assigned by Operations Manager and Project Director.
  • Seek out process improvements to improve the company · Manage and direct office communications

Qualifications

- You enjoy making connections with others both in person and over the phone.

- You have a High School or General Education Diploma or higher and 1-2 years of clerical experience and are ready to make an impact.  

- Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and One Drive

Additional Information

This is a 32-hour week schedule.
