EVAPAR is currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Evansville, Indiana team. The focus of this role is providing exceptional air compressor service and repair for commercial and industrial customers. Are you driven by the desire to succeed? In addition to these traits, the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and abilities to schedule and dispatch multiple technicians. Leadership and people management are keys to success in this role.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
- Effectively and efficiently scheduling multiple jobs and technicians.
- Provide quotes to customers for repairs.
- Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, co-workers.
- Possess an exceptional customer service attitude.
- Have mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude.
- User knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must be able to multi-task and handle difficult/stressful situations.
- Manage a fleet of vehicles and tools
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:
- Willing to travel sometimes over night or over a week.
- Good organizational skills
- Able to work well unsupervised
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Self-motivated
- Good mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge in A/C and D/C electrical
- Experience working with power equipment for a minimum of two year preferred.
- Strong Leadership skills
