Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
Falcon Institute of Health and Science is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a part-time position. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and advanced proficiency in using online financial systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Log all transactions into QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Enter and manage bills through Bill.com.
- Assist with general accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong proficiency in Bill.com and other accounting software.
- Excellent computer and technology skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
