We are a growing insurance and financial services organization serving most states across the nation. Our home office is in Farmington, MO with numerous locations throughout Missouri.

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant that will perform daily accounting tasks that will support the agency’s financial team.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
Professionalism
- Handle routine receivables and/or payables transactions.
- Prepare bank deposits
- Pulling monthly commission statements
- Ensure proper documentation of accounting files
Accountability
- Generate and distribute assigned accounting reports as needed.
- Efficient handling of direct bill commission reconciliation.
- Assist with the monitoring of producer commissions.
Initiative
- Assist in month-end closing processes as directed by accounting manager.
- Respond to coworkers’ inquiries, both within and outside the department.
Adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills

Qualifications
