HSB Advisors, LLC is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to join its Public Accounting team in its Festus location.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and will become an important member of our business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with HSB Advisors team members to comply with regulations and deadlines
- Communicate with clients to provide excellent service and sound financial advice
- Build long-term client relationships
Duties will include:
- Answering Phones
- Collecting Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with Marketing Initiatives
- Monitoring and Ordering Office Supplies
- Providing Bookkeeping and Payroll Services to Clients
- Supporting the Ste. Genevieve and Perryville offices with various duties listed above
Hours:
- 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
Qualifications and Experience:
- Office Work: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Payroll processing: 1 year (preferred)
