Purpose or General Objective: To perform administrative tasks to assist the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties:
- Perform various light office duties such as sorting, filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Screen job applications and coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Perform basic audits of various HR items.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
- Continually support and work cooperatively as a team player with all departments within GICMH.
- Serve as a positive role model to all employees, participants, and customers.
- Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any work issues.
- Ability to attend all scheduled training and meetings.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office platforms.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
