Field Operations Manager Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Multi Unit Manager
• Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
• Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
• Boots on the ground hands-on leadership is a must
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be a Brand Ambassador
