Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee and enhance our programs aimed at supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. KKey Responsibilities
- Program Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MH and SUD program, including scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient program functioning and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including client outcomes, staff productivity, attendance, and retention rates.
- Attendance and Retention Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client attendance and engagement in program activities.
- Track client attendance and retention trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address barriers to client participation and ensure continuity of care.
- Establish retention-focused initiatives, such as regular check-ins, client feedback mechanisms, and enhanced support services.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Hire, train, and supervise program staff, including clinicians, support staff, and peer recovery specialists.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure program compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain accreditation standards and ensure documentation and record-keeping align with payer and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of client records and staff files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Client Care Coordination:
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure clients receive high-quality, individualized care.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings to review client progress and treatment planning.
- Address client concerns or grievances promptly and effectively.
- Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to enhance program visibility and access.
- Represent the organization at community events, professional conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MH and SUD program management at an outpatient program, including staff supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Colorado state regulations, ASAM criteria, and best practices in MH and SUD treatment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analysis.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
