WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assess, evaluate, prioritize, and complete when necessary, incident tickets and service requests for hardware, software, networking, data management, security and other computer-related technologies/services. Completes or escalates ticket resolution while promoting end-user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, hardware, network access, data, security and a variety of software applications. Install and maintain software applications on end-user devices.
- Identify problems, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to level 2/3 and/or vendor or other appropriate team.
- Configure, deploy and repair end-user devices including desktop and laptop computers, printers and mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
- Provide authorized access to end-users and maintain appropriate access controls. Create and maintain user accounts for network and application access. Configure endpoint security (desktop and mobile devices).
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-year degree in Computer related field, A , networking or Microsoft certification, or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a network support role required or High School degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a network support role required
- Technical certifications in A , MCP preferred
- Ability to provide on-call support for after-hours and weekend end user support, as needed
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to support users at all levels of computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability of a strong “service first” mentality and a true passion for solving customer issues and facilitating customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and solid problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with installing PCs, peripherals, and software in a network environment
- Demonstrated experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policies, computer imaging
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $22.28/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.
