Receptionist

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Receptionist to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Warm phone greetings
• Opening mail
• Routing incoming packages
• Meeting room organization
• Support and promote the company’s core values, mission, and strategic plans by providing support
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be organized and efficient
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated reliability
• Must be proficient users of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
