Patient Services Coordinator – Full-Time Position

We are a specialty physical therapy clinic located in Ponte Vedra Beach, and we're seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing business. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience at our clinic locations in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach. (Please note: travel between locations will be required.)

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with patients: Be the friendly voice on the phone, answer inquiries, and build rapport with new and returning clients.
  • Manage appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments with accuracy, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Organize and track information: Maintain detailed patient records, manage provider schedules, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Support business growth: Work closely with the company owner/CEO, providing weekly reports and assisting in strategic planning for business development.
  • Excel at communication: Foster a positive atmosphere, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a top-notch experience for all.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience is essential (2 years preferred).
  • Organizational skills: You have a knack for managing multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Time management: You’re able to prioritize effectively and keep everything running smoothly, even in a busy setting.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers, including Excel, and open to learning new software.
  • Energy and attitude: Friendly, approachable, and excited to help people – you’re always upbeat and customer-focused.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
