Guests Services
Position Summary: Guests Services provides implementation of the guests’ experience. Supervise the Point of Sale function to assure the advantages of products and services provided by James Free are appropriately expressed and demonstrated to our guests.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Customer Service- Always Exceed the Expectations of our Guests. Assure the client experience is positive, the POS function is consistent, correct, and all documents and other relevant information are shared with the guest.
Daily Reporting -Reconciliation of daily receipts and preparation of daily deposit.
Business Goals- Participate in achieving company sales, training, expense, profit and operational goals. Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities and maximize the Point of Sale Experience
Sales & Service Presentations- Offer consistent messaging regarding presentation of products and services offered at James Free. Lead Associate on point of sale functions, gathering client information, credit transactions, and financing options. Responsible for entering, maintaining & tracking repair records within the POS System
Special Events- Involved in the success for numerous annual Special Events. Assist in the management of the point of sale and operational aspects of special events.
Store Operations- Audit POS transactions to assure all business and operational rules are followed. Participate in all inventories and maintain records in accordance to company guidelines. Assure security procedures are known and followed by all associates.
Product Knowledge- personally develop a strong knowledge of the products and services offered at James Free
Training & Associate Development- Candidate must have the skill to lead, develop, motivate and train team members the functions of the Guest Services position
Record Keeping- Responsible for inventorying/maintaining store supplies to appropriate levels, tracking in/out bound merchandise. Appropriate entry within POS of sales, repairs and inventory transactions. Appropriate tracking & filing of all James Free records
Store Presentation- Responsible for maintaining appropriate store, product, and showroom presentations and assuring JFJ’s high standards cleanliness are maintained
Qualifications- Previous experience in active professional workspace would be helpful. Prefer Experience in luxury retail, or diamond, jewelry & Swiss timepiece environments. James Free is willing to train the right candidate
