Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of civil/site engineers in the delivery of land development projects
- Effectively interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders to deliver project solutions
- Mentor engineering staff in all phases of design development
- Perform quality control review of various project elements
- Management tasks to include permitting schedules/strategies, budgets, contracts, invoicing, etc.
- Facilitation of project meetings, board/commission meetings, and public presentations

Qualifications
- BS in civil engineering or related field
- Licensed PE is required
- 7 years of land development experience
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook, HydroCAD, preparing drainage reports
- Management of land development projects
- Experience with local board/commission permitting
