Summary:
A bit about us: Hello! We are two friendly, tech-savvy, and outdoors-loving families seeking a reliable and attentive nanny to care for our two little ones (who are currently 5 and 7 months old) in a nanny-share arrangement. The care location will alternate every other week between our homes in West Seattle.
Both families value reliability, autonomy, and a strong connection with our nanny. Our households are pet-friendly, with one family having two friendly, people-loving cats named Joe (after Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and Sanus. We love being outdoors, enjoying tech, movies, snow sports, and spending time by the lake. We appreciate open communication and continuous learning. If you are proactive, nurturing, and excited to support the development of our babies, we'd love to hear from you!
A bit about you: You are a warm, empathetic, and experienced caregiver who enjoys working with infants and understands developmental milestones, baby care routines, and introducing solids. You're comfortable with alternating care between two homes and creating a safe, stimulating environment. You love pets (especially cats) and enjoy being outdoors with little ones. Experience with multiples or nanny shares is a big plus, and any additional language skills would be fantastic, though not required. To avoid commuting troubles, we're ideally looking for a nanny based in West Seattle or Burien.
Job Duties:
- Provide full-time care for two babies, following their routines (feedings, naps, diapers, play, etc.).
- Prepare baby food and eventually introduce solids.
- Engage babies in age-appropriate activities, walks, and outings.
- Perform light household tasks such as baby laundry and tidying up play areas.
- Ensure a safe environment, especially around busy streets near one of the homes.
Location: West Seattle, alternating between homes in 98126 and 98136.

Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience with infant care and household management.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- COVID-19 vaccinated.
- Reliable, self-starting, and able to manage care for two babies.
- Comfortable with cats.
- Glowing references from recent nanny positions.

Pay: $32-36 an hour
