Description:
- Maintain and organize project documents using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Ensure proper filing, accessibility, and regular quality checks.
- Coordinate document placement with team members.
- Process RFIs, submittals, quotes, and change orders.
- Track submissions, ensuring timely responses.
- Manage deliverables using tracking tools and support equipment delivery reconciliation.
- Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Planner, Word, OneNote, and Outlook.
- Leverage SharePoint for seamless file management and team collaboration.
- Schedule and organize project meetings with stakeholders.
- Record detailed minutes, track action items, and update stakeholders using Microsoft Planner.
- Facilitate coordination between Client, General Contractors, Engineers of Record, and Construction Managers.
- Ensure seamless project administration through exceptional organizational skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
