Key Responsibilities:
- Work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with a mandatory Saturday team breakfast.
- Sign a minimum of 5 contracts per month.
- Perform roof inspections (must be able to get on roofs).
- Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims.
- Meet with adjusters to finalize claims.
- Complete the project scope (easy-to-learn, training provided).
- Meet homeowners to finalize work orders.
- Provide regular weekly updates and follow-ups with customers.
