OVERVIEW
The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support and hands-on assistance in the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of Associates. The person in this role assists current staff and potential candidates while carrying out various Human Resource administrative tasks.
All Keeco Associates are expected to support Operations by working efficiently and maintaining a high level of productivity for the organization to meet and exceed customer demands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the recruitment and sourcing of candidates to include the coordination of onsite interviews, assisting with job fairs, and onsite walk-in candidates.
- Assist and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Assist HR Manager, local management, leadership, and associates when needed while understanding and following escalation protocols.
- Review time and attendance and ensure daily compliance to schedule as well as updating system following missed punch protocols.
- Update HRIS as necessary for compliance and accurate reporting.
- Assist in attendance tracking and administration.
- Understands and promotes compliance of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Administrative duties to include filing, answering phone, completing paperwork, etc.
- Understands Position Qualification Standards (PQS) and other new hire training as applicable to discuss with new hires and assist with tracking as necessary.
- Promotes, and enforces compliance of company policies/rules/procedures.
- Assists in the preparation for compliance audits.
- Support and promote the Safety program and initiatives to include monthly compliance training and tracking.
- Back up to Human Resource Manager, where applicable.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required or preferred based on the location.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Human Resource administration required.
- Prior payroll/HRIS/ATS systems experience.
- Strong self-motivation, work ethic and dependability
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Good computer skills to include the ability to create and update documents in MS Word and Excel, are required
- Engaging and competent in establishing relationships and building trust.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and possess a sense of urgency.
- Must exhibit teamwork.

Good manual dexterity is required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners). There is also an occasional need to bend, stoop and lift (typically less than 10 lbs.). as well as frequently touch and feel. The ability to hear and see with vision abilities in close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus is necessary.

Associates in this role spend much of the day in a climate-controlled office environment with a low to moderate noise level.
When in the production / warehouse areas, the Associate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate however there may be areas designated as Hearing Protection required and provided earplugs are mandatory in those areas.
There may be areas of the plant and warehouse areas where exposure to heat and/or cold can occur. The Associate may be exposed to dust and floating particles used in the manufacturing, storage and inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
