What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at KeyBridge Technologies, LLC?
Duties:
- Full-time position
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory correspondence with the Flight Program Certificate Management Unit and other Federal agency offices in support of the Flight Program Operations Air Operator Certificate, Air Carrier Certificate, Organization Designation Authorization, and Repair Station Certificates.
- Provide support for passport and visa processing, suspense management, updates to the Knowledge Services Network (KSN) website, records management, and office and video conference equipment technical support. In addition, the Contractor must provide support to the Program Office to perform the following Tasks:
- Provide overall administrative assistance support to include phone coverage, mail receipt and distribution, maintain calendars, suspense items, scheduling leave, and meeting planning/scheduling (i.e., conference rooms, training sessions, and official meetings) for Flight Program Operations Managers.
- Review Consolidated Automated System for Time and Labor Entry (CASTLE) entries and provide backup reviewer support.
- Provide records management and crew member support for ARINC crew cards, badges, and training.
- Assist Property Delegate and Custodian with inventory and reporting of property. - Create, read, analyze, file, retrieve and organize organizational documents.
- Support and update databases (i.e., data entry), run queries, print database reports, and coordinate program briefings.
- Able to obtain and retain an FAA clearance
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Years of experience required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years specialized experience performing support, as defined in this SOW.
- Minimum of one (2) year experience operating computers to include word processing, data entry, database, management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
