Larson & Company is a full-service CPA firm with three offices in Utah, offering a family-friendly environment specializing in tax, accounting, and audit services. We are currently seeking a front desk administrative assistant in our brand new Spanish Fork office to support our growing practice. This is a good career opportunity for someone with receptionist/customer service experience as well as administrative assistant or tax processing experience. It is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and transferring calls
· Greeting clients and customers as they enter the office and directing them to the correct person
· Sorting, distributing, and managing the company mail
· Managing company paperwork and information, including scanning and filing
· Accounts receivable tasks
· Processing tax returns
· Assisting employees with other tasks, including coordinating messages and information with clients, setting up appoints with the professionals
· Coordinating travel for firm employees
· Maintaining supplies and inventory: anticipates supply needs, places and expedites orders for supplies
Qualitative Requirements:

· Highly dependable, must be available to office staff, assist others and monitor administrative projects
· Personal initiative, both in the way you work and in the way you interact with people

Technical Requirements:
· Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Knowledge of tax processing procedure is preferred but not required
· Accounts receivable experience is preferred but not required
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Attention to detail
· Able to take on and follow through on a varied range of tasks
· Works well under deadlines
· Works well with many types of personalities
Compensation:
$20-23/hr depending on experience. Excellent Benefits including paid health insurance premiums for the employee, paid overtime, 401(k) contributions, as well as cell phone, education, and gym membership reimbursement.
