We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client development team. The BDR will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to advance their career in sales, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by achieving targets.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients which include high growth and publicly traded companies, utilizing various tools and platforms to source leads, and developing and executing strategies for outbound outreach via email, and phone. You will build relationships with new prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate how Lawtrades can address them. In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, you will align on targets and strategies, providing valuable feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. Additionally, you will track and manage leads using our CRM system, maintaining accurate records of interactions and activities, and preparing regular reports on performance metrics and progress. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in nurturing leads through the sales funnel and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field within the technology industry or legal industry
- Familiarity with the legal industry or SaaS products is an advantage.
- Skills & Abilities:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HubSpot and other CRM software.
- Experience with sales tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Familiarity using technologies like Zapier, ChatGPT, Metabase (SQL) & DocuSign is also a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $105,000 annually, based on performance.
