Job Responsibilities:
Experience: Three to five years’ experience in a health care setting, with some provider enrollment, physician licensure experience preferred. Experience in billing and accounts receivable helpful. Experience with CredentialStream software helpful.

- Works with the various departments to help develop and implement the internal processes that result in compliance with all applicable accreditation standards, federal and state regulations for the purposes of provider enrollment with payers of medical services provided by UP&S providers.
- Maintens provider files detailing qualifications, licensure details, and other necessary information as applicable to the provider enrollment and / or credentialing processes.
- Maintains database of all patient care areas / locations, including satellite offices, hospitals, and any other facility that a UP&S provider would provide care.
- Assists other employees with credentialing/enrollment related claim issues.
- Enhances professional growth through participation in educational programs, which emphasis on staying current with all applicable accreditation, enrollment and credentialing standards, federal or state guidelines.
- Provides various reports and information as requested.
- Serves on various committees and performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
