The Job:

• Problem Solving and Project Management: Identifies and resolves client issues promptly; oversees open enrollment, benefits administration, and wellbeing programs, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Knowledge and Compliance: Stays updated on best practices in benefits, compliance requirements, and employee communication; educates clients and their employees on benefits and policy updates.
• Documentation and Deliverables: Manages internal records, documents client interactions, and directs the creation of customized communication materials like brochures and videos.
• Professional Growth and Tools Utilization: Engages in ongoing training, recommends improvements, and effectively uses tools like D365 and MS Office to enhance efficiency and maintain a positive work attitude.
