What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Clerk position at Microbiologics Inc?
We are currently looking to add a Fulfillment Clerk to our team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role you will be responsible for accurate order fulfillment and shipment of Microbiologics’ products and materials.
What can I expect in this role?
In this position, you will work 7 am – 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
Some key duties in this role include:
- Accurately pull, check, and pack shipments according to IATA regulations.
- Fulfill domestic shipments, ensuring all criteria for exporting is met.
- Count, stock and maintain accurate inventory for items and supplies.
- Change lot numbers on orders when needed.
- Pull short-dated items from cooler and/or shelf.
- Process relabel shipments according to company standards as needed.
- Process mail through postage machine.
- Inform the Inventory Control Lead of any discrepancies between stock and updated records.
- Document any defective materials or damaged products and report to the Inventory Control Lead.
- Work with and inform the Inventory Control Lead on assessing opportunities for improvement in the shipping process, the need for changes and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain DG Certification for processing hazardous shipments.
