Our fabulous dental team is looking to hire a front desk associate! This is a team that has been together for a long time, enjoys helping patients and each other, has a large footprint in the community and is the premier dental office on the near west side of Cleveland. This opportunity requires 2-5 years of front desk dental experience. Specifically, we are looking for an insurance verification specialist. This position requires skills in verifying insurance coverage for patients, determining covered procedures for patients, explaining coverage amounts and frequency, updating patients records and billing information.
