Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include payment processing, policy changes, claims transfers and submissions, and billing clarifications
- Provide support to sales staff as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
As a Team Member, you will receive:

- Typical hours include Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9-5. Hours can vary on occasion based upon office needs, limited overtime opportunities available

Pay: $16.45 - $18.45 per hour
