What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative Executive Customer Relations position at Mr. Appliance W Central Ohio?
This is a full-time and long term position, with 40 hours per week. The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with a one hour lunch. There is a 90 day probationary period in which time off is not allowed.
This position includes a benefits package, which includes:

Hourly pay at $16.00/hr.
The CSR Executive Customer Relations duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering a multi-line phone in the ECR department
-Handling any incoming calls pertaining to already existing appointments or already existing customers who have concerns, complaints, or need assistance in some way
-Resolving situations with disgruntled customers
-Rescheduling customers appointments as needed due to call offs, technicians having emergencies or extenuating circumstances
-Completes monthly COD ARs and collects outstanding balances from customers
-Regularly goes through open customer tickets to seek a resolution, reach out to the customer for scheduling, etc.
-Completes quality control surveys as needed
-Completes opportunity calls as needed
-Assisting other departments as necessary
-Keeps a neat and tidy work station and performs cleaning tasks as assigned
-Miscellaneous tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years customer service experience required
-Previous call center, executive customer relations, or managerial experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to report to work each day and on time
-Ability to pass a background. check, drug screen, and nicotine test
