Program Structure:
- Initial Training (Months 1-3): Rotate under the supervision of Dr. Tang at each NBI clinic, mastering the basics of patient evaluation, testing, and treatment plan development.
- Intermediate Phase (Months 4-6): Independently manage up to 10 patients per day, enhancing your skills in evidence-based neuropsychiatric treatments.
- Advanced Phase (Months 7-12): Handle up to 15 patients per day, developing your personal style and administrative skills in clinical settings.
Requirements:
- Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Location: Greater Nashville areas in four locations (Nashville, Hermitage, Brentwood, Goodlettsville) during the training.
