Licensed Practitioner, Customer Service

We are looking to add a licensed healthcare professional to our retail team here in Appleton, WI. Many times our customers need more information than a non-licensed person can answer. You will assist customers in making decisions on their general health and wellness as well as nutrition and diet.

Essential Job Functions

• Assists customers with private consultative work based on health needs that are within practitioner's scope of work.
• Assists customers with finding products and answers questions.
• Works the cash register and other computers or tablets to handle transactions efficiently.
• Helps keep the store clean, stocked, and organized to company standards.
• Maintains product knowledge to provide the latest information to customers.
• Identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to enhance customer value and increase sales.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Tracks sales and contributes to achieving store targets.
• Performs opening and closing duties for the store.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Adheres to scheduled work and break times.

Minimum Requirements

• An active license in good standing as a Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian, Acupuncturist, Naturopath, Nurse Practitioner, Chiropractor, Pharmacist, or Physician.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• A background check and drug screen will be required upon acceptance of the job offer. A conviction will only be considered if it is substantially related to the position applied for.
