```Duties``` (Hours typically 4 days a week, 5p-10p)
The Program Support Technician provides oversight and monitoring the property and building, assuring that tenants comply with project rules, providing for and arranging transportation and recreation for tenants. The Program Support Technician also serves as a non-clinical support to the tenants, assisting with routine needs such as assistance with ADL’s, medication prompts and social recreation activities.
This position requires professional experience working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Work activities include ability to work independently; communicating with supervisor and tenants; assisting individuals working towards recovery goals; documenting and recording information; establishing relationships and maintaining professional boundaries; resolving conflicts and negotiating with others; maintaining professional work environment, and assisting in duties to help individuals increase independent living skills.
This is an hourly, on-site, part-time position which may require a schedule consisting of non-traditional hours, to assure maximum availability to tenants. The Program Support Technician will be expected to submit a record of time spent actively working through the use of a standard time sheet. Hours scheduled are based on the needs of the program and tenants. There are no set hours for a contingency position.

· Monitors assigned project for safety and security, and reports issues appropriately
· Completes a Daily Activity log no less than once a day, which may include documentation and filing
· Documents rule violations (intervening where appropriate) and reports them to the supervisor
· Regularly interacts with, and encourages tenants, serving as a non-traditional source of support and stability
· Plans, orchestrates, and implements social and recreational activities with tenants under the supervision of the Program Coordinator
· Assists tenants in working out non-clinical, day-to-day and routine issues, such as arranging for transportation, groceries, scheduling or making appointment, etc.
· Participates in case review and community meetings with NPI and the Community Health Care Providers
· Exercises exceptionally good communication with the Program Coordinator, the Director of Supportive Housing and others
· Maintains appropriate clear boundaries with tenants and staff
· Participates as directed in various meetings and committees and assists in updating documentation
· Participates in training as requested by supervisor
· Visually inspect on a regular basis tenants’ units for damage and document findings to Maintenance and/or Program Coordinator
· Assists tenants in completion of Maintenance Work Orders and interfaces with the Maintenance Department to facilitate smooth completion of building maintenance
· Implements and documents scheduled fire drills and emergency evacuation plan.
· Establish and makes available to tenants a schedule of times the position is available on-site
· Light up-keep of property and grounds (makes sure grounds are neat and well kept)
· Assists with audits and program monitoring as directed
· Collects and maintains accurate statistical data as directed
· Completes reports as requested
· Ensures cleanliness and safety of common areas
