This role demands excellence in administrative management, human resources, and customer service. You will manage correspondence, organize essential documentation, and serve as a vital link between internal teams and external offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit correspondence, policies, and other official documents.
- Handle customer service requests and offer solutions for process improvements.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Develop and manage reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, especially on human capital and budgetary topics.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and liaise with external organizations on HR-related matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Location: 100% Onsite (Ballston, VA)
- Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office administration or HR support.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
