What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service (Account Manager) position at OEC Graphics, Inc.?
The Customer Service Coordinator is a solution finder, a details guru, a project juggler. Daily responsibilities include entering, estimating, tracking, and maintaining information on each job to ensure it meets customer delivery times and remains within budget of the approved estimate. This role works directly with Project Managers and Leads to represent and promote the OEC image and proactively provide graphics solutions for our customers.

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Service Representative with gathering necessary project information from customers and vendors via phone, email, or fax to create a work order for each job in OEC production system.
- Develop, organize and maintain all customer information and in-house documentation for each job via spreadsheet, production systems, and/or customer-facing systems.
- Attend job planning meetings as needed to assist in coordinating the production workflow.
- Provide communication support between the customer, vendor and production team regarding job specifications, work orders, and related changes or revisions.
- Participate in quality assurance tasks and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns within established guidelines or escalate concerns to management with recommended solutions.
- May perform other tasks as applicable: create purchase orders for outside services, provide accurate and competitive estimates and/or quotes, and prepare invoices for completed jobs.
- Other facility-specific duties as needed for meeting customer and operating requirements.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to work effectively on own and within a team-based work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- Able to coordinate multiple projects within fast-paced, dynamic deadlines
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications on Mac platform helpful
Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree in Business, Graphic Arts or related field with at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, flexographic prepress/packaging industry helpful. Any combination of education and/or work experience will substitute for minimum qualifications.
