B2B Accounts Receivable Analyst position open for a detail-oriented professional with great job stability and an A/R or collections background. In this role, you will be responsible for working with software automation tools to contact past due accounts and speak with customers concerning invoicing discrepancies and work on collections.
Work with a team of professionals that use state of the art technology to interface with their customers. Must be great with customers resolving billing issues on the phone.

This is a hybrid office opportunity. Pay is $50-55K
Requirements:
- Prior MANUFACTURING office experience OR B2B Collections or Credit experience
- Independently manage the collection of overdue accounts
- Research, analyze, and resolve disputes, deductions, and discrepancies in payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and account status.
- Experience in CRM, ERP or other software invoicing and collections tools. Excellent keyboarding required.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
