Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/ Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes. This role requires proficiency in various office software and excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries through phone systems, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Prepare documents, reports
  • Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Understand Insurance be committed to continued education of policies
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great Customer service skills
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Car and home insurance preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in
  • Good proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Experience managing front desk operations or phone systems
  • Current licensing in insurance is a plus
